At Redragonshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
